Save and Quit RNG Manipulation

Courtesy of Deleroth and Progreon we have an outline for consistently manipulating a 14/15 attack 14 speed Nidoran across runners and a good percentage of save instances. Also thanks to Stringflow for finding the emulator inaccuracy that led to on console testing. In my testing, yoloing the catch immediately has really bad RNG. A lot more testing will need to be done to see if the yolo catch can be made consistent.

The path for the last few out steps does not matter in my testing, as long as you take that many steps out and go into the grass on the same tile. For instance, you can go down 1 tile below the grass, come back up, enter in the same tile, and get the samd nido.

Courtesy of Dabomstew, there is an updated Save and Quit manipulation that has very good odds (about 90%) with DVs F9ED-FBEF (15 Attack and 14 Speed, with 9-11 Defense and 13-15 Special).
