Very nice, I hope this ends up with us having a better understanding of the trainer AI. I went ahead and added the CPU Pokémon locations for all the other cups, since I had them handy (may still need to add the Mewtwo fights). Those are the addresses I used to export this data . I tried to battle Lorelei in Round 2, her Pokémon had their usual moves. Did you only do Round 1 ? Also, you don't need to set the PPs to 0xFF, as it doesn't have any effect since a subroutine compares this to the Moves data at 0x73700 when the battle starts, setting these back to 16 :P Oh yea I on...

Here's why allowing SGB is a bad idea. Because SGB runs 2.4% faster, everybody would want to switch to it so they can get more resets in (and yes, the small time gain adds up). And you can even switch emu to the sgb speed and it'd be allowed in theory. But really, that'd result in a huge mess, peop...

Also, would you guys be on board with completely banning SGB? The thought of completely banning an official console while we allow unofficial emulators does not sit well with me, especially considering SGB is only known to have an advantage in the much less popular glitched categories that use RTA....

Now, I have talked to a few people and they told me that SGB (super game boy) for the SNES runs at 61.1 FPS, which technically means it should be banned. You can do that with all versions of VBA but thats besides the point. Taking a note from SRL is an option, they have a rule that requires people who use emulators to stream if they want to participate. Given how easy it would be to restream a TAS/cheated run though, for such a rule to be effective I feel it would require runners to stream their attempts from the begin...

I was taking a look yesterday at some art created by Citrine/Melangetic (FlareRDB's girlfriend) after seeing it on Flare's stream, she clearly has some talent. I quite like the Bulbasaur one.
